This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Only the request form embeds Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse — and only once you use the form (see below).
Hosting: GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc.); the host processes technical server logs (IP address, time, page) on the basis of a legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact: If you contact me by phone, WhatsApp or email, your details are used solely to handle your request and booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
What: When you write to me via the request form on the home page, I process your name, your email address and/or phone number, your preferred date, the chosen lesson, the number of persons, your skill level, your message and your consent.
Why: solely to answer your request and arrange a private lesson with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract at your request).
Who: I, Ulf Seidl, am the controller (contact below). The request is received on a server in the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, Falkenstein, Germany) run by EA Projekt-Entwicklung (Altenmarkt im Pongau) as my processor (Art. 28 GDPR) and forwarded by email to my mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich, Friedersdorf, Germany). If you give an email address, you receive an automatic confirmation. The request is not analysed by artificial intelligence and not passed on to third parties.
How long: To prevent abuse (spam, automated mass requests) your IP address is also stored and deleted automatically after 30 days (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The other details are deleted once your request has been dealt with, unless a statutory retention period (e.g. for booking and invoice records) applies.
Cloudflare Turnstile: The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). It is loaded only when you touch a field of the form, not when the page opens. Your IP address and technical characteristics of your browser and device are sent to Cloudflare to check that the request comes from a human; usually no puzzle is needed. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent with effect for the future, complaint to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
